As we approach the closing of this issue of the journal we are near that period of time of Inde­pendence Day, (July 4), 1994 relative to the United States of America. You celebrate FREEDOM? YOU HAVE NO FREEDOM-IN AMERICA OR ELSEWHERE. As information flows and appears nega­tive in perception-remember, readers, YOU MUST KNOW TRUTH AND PLAYERS-OR YOU CANNOT CHANGE A THING FOR YOU ARE TRAPPED IN IGNORANCE OF THAT WHICH CONTROLS YOU. You CAN know TRUTH-and in action within that knowing-you CAN achieve, again, FREEDOM!

COPYRIGHT POSITION STATEMENT AND DISCLAIMER

The Phoenix Journals are intended as a "real time" commentary on current events, how current events relate to past events and the relationships of both to the physical and spiritual destinies of mankind.

All of history, as we now know it, has been revised, rewritten, twisted and tweaked by selfishly motivated men to achieve and maintain control over other men. When one can understand that everything is comprised of "energy" and that even physical matter is "coalesced" energy, and that all energy emanates from God's thought, one can accept the idea that the successful focusing of millions of minds on one expected happening will cause it to happen.

If the many prophecies made over thousands of years are accepted, these are the "end times" (specifically the year 2000, the second millennium, etc.). That would put us in the "sorting" period and only a few short years from the finish line. God has said that in the end-times would come the WORD--to the four corners of the world--so that each could decide his/her own course toward, or away from, divinity--based upon TRUTH.

So, God sends His Hosts--Messengers--to present that TRUTH. This is the way in which He chooses to present it, through the Phoenix Journals. Thus, these journals are Truth, which cannot be copyrighted; they are compilations of information already available on Earth, researched and compiled by others (some, no doubt, for this purpose) which should not be copyrighted. Therefore, these journals are not copyrighted (except SIPAPU ODYSSEY which is "fiction").

The first sixty or so journals were published by America West Publishing which elected to indicate that a copyright had been applied for on the theory that the ISBN number (so necessary for booksellers) was dependent upon the copyright. Commander Hatonn, the primary author and compiler, insisted that no copyrights be applied for and, to our knowledge, none were.

If the Truth is to reach the four corners of the world, it must be freely passed on. It is hoped that each reader will feel free to do that, keeping it in context, of course.

I look and I see such denial in a time of confusion in your lives, your nation and your world that I am hesitant to cause worse confrontation.

You can deny me, readers, but please don't deny your people who bring you truth and back it with confirmation. If you wait too long to take a stand in that which has come upon you gradually while you slept, you will lose opportunity to BE HEARD. I do NOT speak of taking up arms--I speak of taking a "stand" in TRUTH so that the perpetrators of the criminal and unconstitutional acts against you, as nations and citizens, can be stopped. Once totally open and uncovered--the criminals will have to cease and desist--IF YOU CAN REGAIN CONTROL OF YOUR COURTS AND BRING ATTENTION TO 'THE CONSTITUTIONAL LAW. FURTHERMORE, YOU START WHERE YOU ARE AND THEN YOU JOIN FORCES, I.E. , CANADIANS WITH THE U.S., BOTH WITH MEXICO AND THUS AND SO--YOU CAN HAVE A UNITED CONTINENT WITHOUT FORFEITING GOODNESS AND HONOR.

I do not speak of "FREE TRADE"; I speak of uniting in goodness and honor, integrity and brotherhood as sovereign citizens individual, then sovereign nations UNITED.

We are told that there is access to 5 million militiamen who will rally to the U.S. "cause"? Are there? I do not deal in militias, armed or otherwise--so I have no comment. I do know that I am also told that the State authorities of Nevada have now received over 50 thousand pieces of mail FROM YOU READERS AND CITIZENS ON BEHALF OF RONN JACKSON--WHO DOES BELIEVE THERE ARE 5 MILLION MILITIAMEN AT READY--ALREADY AND WHICH WILL STAY AT READY WITH OR WITHOUT HIS PRESENCE. He did not begin this "thing" or "movement", readers, he is just like YOU--having come into the recognition and knowledge that somebody has to respond to the call of LIBERTY.

CONCENTRATION CAMP

I know that one of the very hardest things to accept is that not only are you "hoodwinked" (a legitimate term established by the Masonic orders) but when we speak of concentration camps in America we are causing you to realize there are things happening which are TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE to your minds as you assume FREEDOM AND LIBERTY to be your circumstance and RIGHT. It IS your RIGHT--it is NOT your CIRCUMSTANCE.

SERGE MONAST'S BOOK

There are some books I am going to recommend which can show you, if you cannot accept that which we offer and from writers who have shared information with us.

We will suggest getting a book from a Canadian who has information about concentration camps beyond that of others as his finding out has been in full thrust.

The first book in point is THE UNITED NATIONS CONCENTRATION CAMPS PROGRAM' IN AMERICA--BOOK 1.

There will be four such books in the series--I have not checked for availability of any other than No. 1. You will have to get that information for selves. We are not foolishly joshing you, fellow brethren--it is serious time.

You come upon a week, this week, of total distractions from the focus of, for instance, currency exchanges, international monetary and business cartel agreements and thus and so. You are stuck on O.J. Simpson's plight and other things staged FOR your attention while the manipulators set their manipulations.

How many of you noticed that there is a new currency established last week IN BRAZIL? It is THE currency based on the "dollar" which is being introduced everywhere. Will it get to YOU? Yes, but at such a time as the Elite decide is convenient and appropriate for THEM. The logical timing is as the G-7 comes to meetings, etc., in Naples, Italy this week. If you have a ONE WORLD ORDER you have to have some type of focus on the GROUP.

The Fed is distracting you by interest rates and dollar fluctuations and weakness. You aren't yet even dealing in DOLLARS--you are still caught in a hang-up over Federal Reserve Notes-- from that private bank called the Federal Reserve Bank. There has to be something upon which to base value when you again speak of a "dollar" value, so don't be impatient. Then as you base value again on precious metals--you have new and different problems--such as where to set the value of both dollar and metals.

There are so many LEGALLY outstanding debts of the U.S. Government on Gold Certificates (valid ones such as Buckley and Cosmos hold) as to make it necessary to consider all of these components of value establishment. A LOT of gold has been brought back into the U.S. to build on--but where an ounce of gold is going to be valued is difficult to discern in advance. The hope was to be able to bring the value to $1,200 per ounce and then FREEZE the price per ounce at somewhere right at $2,000. It appears to me that with all the outstanding debt owed ON THE VALUE OF, OR THE ACTUAL, GOLD--it will have to settle out at about $5,000 per ounce evaluation.

How long will you have for gold acquisition at a lower price? This week and possibly next. It is impossible to predict because the powers that be keep charming the schedule according to what WE DO AND SAY. The New World Order is hanging by very tenuous threads as major chances have to be brought into play and if enough of you wake up to see what is taking place--they will hang themselves. But what have you as individual citizens? It depends on YOU.

However, until you realize the identity of the power forces you have no way to defend selves. I NEVER advocate acting outside the legal systems--that simply invites trouble and is an invitation to get yourselves AND YOUR LEADERS killed or incarcerated IN THOSE CONCENTRATION CAMPS. Would it not be better to save those concentration detention camps for the REAL CRIMINAL CULPRITS who have brought this on your nation and citizenry through their unconstitutional actions and outright deceit and greed?

FINCEN

As we have written frequently on the subject of surveillance networks, Executive Orders, etc., we have mentioned FINCEN often. I apologize for failure to make it clear what FINCEN is. Among other things it is THE operation recognized in part as THE FINANCIAL CRIME ENFORCEMENT NETWORK.

As part of the thrust to monitor and control the American people, the Bush Administration has established the financial crime enforcement center (FINCEN) in Arlington, VA, whereby, through the use of sophisticated computers, the government has combined more than 100 data bases on bank records, criminal suspects, driving records, census data, and myriads of business and financial activities of millions of honest, law-abiding citizens.

FINCEN is the largest government run artificial-intelligence-data base ever established. FINCEN has over 200 employees from the IRS, the FBI, the Secret Service, and the FDIC and works closely with the BATF, the CIA, and the Defense Intelligence Agency. FINCEN acts as a collection point, clearing and distribution center of computerized data for virtually all other government agencies. Data which it receives and redistributes comes from: bank deposits, Fed bank reports, comptroller of the currency bank reports, FDIC bank reports, census income fig­ures, Customs monetary reports, Secret Service credit reports, and FBI and DEA drug data.

FINCEN currently has access to over 35 financial data bases and they are creating another 100, including computerized land records, real estate records, credit reports, CTRs, Form 8300, bank reports, etc. The models, data, financial patterns, and individual names generated by FINCEN are being shared with the IRS, its Criminal Investigation Division, and state and local governments. Before a recent amendment to the "Right to Financial Privacy Act" passed, these activities were illegal Virtually all of the activities of FINCEN violate the US Constitution's 4th Amendment guarantee of right to privacy.

FINCEN and US Government officials admit that FINCEN is a trial run for a world system of financial tracking, surveillance, and control.

Don't be fooled by this above information because this is only a part of the function of FINCEN. Through the regulations all bank employees become government "spies". That has already happened and you realize it if you have tried to do much bank­ing lately.

FINCEN'S MILITARY HIDDEN SIDE:

This is the part to really focus attention: FINCEN'S MISSION is a United Nations-United States Program for a house-to-house search and seizure of property and arms. This mission is al­ready under way and being tested in various parts of the U.S. as we write. Along with this will come a census for separation and categorization of men, women and children as would represent "prisoners" in large numbers. The intent is to identify those who will be considered by the government authorities as dan­gerous for the Law and Order because they will not be ready to fully collaborate for the implementation of a New World Order, and the "transfer" to detention facilities of such prisoners. It is also a network of city, State and Federal Police Forces with the United Nations Multi-Military Forces having direct orders to bring into the United States and Canada foreign military and se­cret police forces for deployment against North America popu­lation.

We are not speaking of scattered little units of two or three per­sons; most identified FINCEN units are at "Company" strength of 160-plus. Some are as large as "Brigade" strength of 2600-plus.

GOOD VS. BAD

I don't know how to reasonably discuss this subject for it deals with mind-control and programming rather than numbers or identification of such units as FINCEN will present.

The "big, bad boys" have done a good job because there is this interim time where identification of any given "soldier" or "officer" is hidden. Note the use of black uniforms with little identification. In teams such as SWAT, etc., there are black HOODS WORN to further lose identification. Then in the playing-out of games, such as the WACO INCIDENT--programming kicks in and the agents can be totally monitored--but individually there is no concern for full identification. In this manner there is also the ability to take-out problem partici­pants by "friendly" troops, again, without identification or self-fear of discovery. In other words a programmed soldier will be triggered to duty and he is unconcerned about being identified--thus removing the fear of "discovery" which IS, AFTER ALL, THE major reason that people who would otherwise break the laws, do not. For instance, with all the troubles held by Clin­ton--THREE OF HIS PRIOR BODYGUARDS WERE KILLED BY TEAMMATES AT THE WACO HOLOCAUST! Their deaths were shown as being in the line of duty--BUT THEY CERTAINLY ARE NOT AROUND TO TESTIFY ABOUT CRIMES WHICH WOULD BURY CLINTON. Degan, in Idaho, was SHOT BY A FELLOW OFFICER! THIS WAS A DELIBERATE ASSASSINATION TO PRECIPITATE THE "INCIDENT" AND TAKE-OUT THE PROBLEM MARSHAL. These are "testing" training sessions under battle conditions--do you not see?

No, readers, it is not a nice world any longer. It never was--but there are bunches of very "nice" people remaining IF YOU CARE TO TAKE BACK YOUR SOVEREIGNTY OF IN­DIVIDUAL (YOU), YOUR NATION AND GIVE ANOTHER LIFE-CHANCE TO YOUR GLOBE. THE INTENT IS DE­POPULATION ON A MAJOR SCALE--BEYOND YOUR ABILITY TO COMPREHEND. IT IS UP TO YOU.
